Tremortown Terms of Service

These Terms apply between lp-peg studio (“we”) and users of Tremortown. By selecting “Accept and start,” you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you cannot use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

If you have not reached the age to enter contracts where you live, you need your parent's or guardian's consent. If you have not linked a Google account, uninstalling the app or changing devices may make your progress unrecoverable.

2. License and prohibited conduct

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You must not access the Service without authorization, cheat, modify, reverse engineer (except where applicable law allows), automate play, defraud ads, purchases, or rewards, interfere with others, or act unlawfully or infringe rights.

3. In-game items, ads, and purchases

Gold, pickaxes, and other in-game items are a limited right of use within the Service and have no cash value, ownership, or right to be exchanged or transferred. Rewarded ads are optional; rewards are granted after the ad completes and our server confirms it. Prices, durations, and contents of products are shown on the purchase screen. The Service has no auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases, billing, and refunds follow the terms and settings of Google Play or the Apple App Store. Nothing here limits rights you have under law.

4. Changes and suspension

We may change balance, features, products, and events, and suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, safety, fraud, legal, or business reasons. If a change is expected to significantly disadvantage you, we will give reasonable advance notice. We may suspend or delete accounts for violations, fraud, or legal or safety reasons.

5. Intellectual property and liability

Rights in the Service belong to us or our licensors. The Service is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of constant availability, freedom from errors, or preservation of data. This section does not limit liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law. Any other liability (including for our ordinary negligence) is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.

6. Changes to these Terms, governing law, and venue

We will notify you in the app of important changes and ask for consent again where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent this does not override mandatory consumer protection rules or jurisdiction, the Saitama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
